This blended learning course, a combination of online theory study and face-to-face practical sessions will introduce you to the basics of Eastern Reiki and is the foundation on which you need to build on for the next levels. Shoden teachings include the Reiki precepts, original Japanese Reiki meditation practices and techniques, hands-on healing and reiju (attunement).
