"I attended The Full Spectrum Centre for training as a reflexologist. The course material was very professional and the centre provided a welcoming atmosphere. The course involved case studies, exams, hands-on practice and several modules to complete. During the course, I had a fall in the garden damaging my wrist, thumb and index finger (some of the tools of a reflexologist). As I was quite far on in my course Jo very kindly suggested once I had recovered to return to complete my course. No pressure just concern for my injury. She is an inspirational teacher, mentor and holistic therapist. Jo makes you feel valued as a student.
